Passionné par la promotion de la création musicale helvétique, il anime et produit depuis plusieurs années des émissions mettant en lumière les artistes émergents et confirmés de Suisse. À travers Confederation Music et d'autres projets audiovisuels, il réalise des interviews, des sessions live et des reportages consacrés à la diversité de la scène musicale du pays.

Il a également participé au développement du format Confederation Music Sessions, une série de performances et d'entretiens diffusée sur les plateformes de la RSI et sur Play Suisse, destinée à valoriser la musique suisse auprès d'un large public.

Fabienne Schmuki is the managing director of Swiss Music Export. Previously, she ran an independent label and agency (Irascible Music / Records) and served on the boards of IndieSuisse, IMPALA and Swiss Music Export. She remains a board member of Helvetiarockt and Kulturvermittlung Schweiz. Fabienne has two children and lives in Zurich.

As Deputy Head of Culture, Sandrine was in charge of Music, Film and Performing Arts at the Consulate General of Switzerland in New York. She acted as a liaison between Swiss artists, cultural institutions and potential partners located in the NYC area and the northeastern coast of the US.

A Music Consultant today, Sandrine has a very rich and wide musical background: classically trained at the Conservatoire de Genève and a Berklee College of Music graduate, she has over twenty years of experience in the music industry, having worked for music management, music publishing and performing rights organizations, for companies such as BMI and Warner/Chappell Music's A&R Department.

Nick Werren ist Leiter Projekte Pop/Rock und Teamleiter Dienstleistungen bei SONART — Musikschaffende Schweiz.

Thierry Jaccard est musicien professionnel, compositeur et responsable du management du duo de blues créole The TWO.

Il est également chargé de cours à la Haute École de Travail Social de Lausanne et chargé de projet à la salle de concert Les Docks à Lausanne. Son rôle principal aux Docks est de soutenir la scène musicale suisse ainsi que les artistes émergent·e·s du canton de Vaud. Il a créé le dispositif d'accompagnement Proxima, qui aide les groupes et artistes en voie de professionnalisation.

Louis Borel est artiste, organisateur et co-organisateur des Rap Contests de Swiss EventZ Zurich et Lausanne. Impliqué dans la sélection et la mise en lumière des talents issus du Choc des Titans, il participe au développement du projet Rap All-Star présent au MUMA Basel 2026.

En parallèle, il développe Bétrix-404, un projet artistique mêlant techno, intelligence artificielle et performance visuelle.

Sylvain Josseron, 40 ans, originaire de Nyon (VD), est MC, animateur et acteur de la culture urbaine en Suisse romande. Co-organisateur des Rap Contest de Swiss EventZ à Lausanne, il a accompagné la sélection des talents issus du Choc des Titans qui monteront sur la scène du MUMA Basel 2026.

Également animateur radio, présentateur sur Cortes Music et fondateur de la marque La Plume, il développe depuis plus de 10 ans des projets à la croisée du rap, de l'événementiel et de la culture streetwear.

Liza Mazur est une agente artistique basée à Zurich, qui a fait ses preuves en guidant la carrière de jeunes talents et en collaborant avec des institutions culturelles et des marques établies.

Fondatrice de Mazur MGMT, première société suisse de management d'artistes indépendante détenue par une femme, Liza apporte une perspective créative unique à son travail. Marlon McNeill is the founder and CEO of A Tree in a Field Music GmbH, which runs the independent record labels A Tree in a Field Records and Poplon Records. The company offers label services, promotion and marketing, as well as booking, publishing and management, all while maintaining a strong indie ethos and close relationships with its artists and local and international partners.

Marlon has toured internationally with his grindcore and noise rock outfits, Speck and Combineharvester respectively. He was part of the Hirscheneck collective, where he organised hundreds of shows, and was artistic director for the Polyfon Festival Basel. He serves on the boards of IndieSuisse, the association of Swiss independent music labels and producers, and the Swiss Music Council, and is a Phono Producers delegate for Swissperform.

Monika Linder is a communications and social media strategist with a sharp eye for culture, storytelling, and digital visibility. With deep roots in Switzerland's music and cultural landscape, she supports muma Basel / Swiss Live Talents across LinkedIn, social media, and German-speaking Switzerland outreach — connecting audiences, building presence, and making meaningful noise where it matters.

Swiss musician, composer, producer, and mixing engineer active on the international music scene for more than 20 years. Best known as the former guitarist of the Swiss industrial metal band Samael, Marco has performed on worldwide tours, contributed to major studio productions, and collaborated on numerous independent artistic projects. Throughout his career, the projects he has been involved in have sold over one million albums worldwide.

He is also the founding member, main composer, and guitarist of the sludge/metal band Sludge. Alongside his work as a performer and composer, he works as a mixing engineer, delivering mixes and productions for various artists with a strong focus on sonic impact, dynamics, and artistic identity.

Originally from Fribourg, Switzerland, Jay, aka ZEELA, is a musician, producer, and sound engineer active on stages across Switzerland and internationally. As the drummer for the project Femme Fatale, with whom he has performed at numerous concerts and festivals, he also collaborates with Mia Oud, Stevans, Mo'Mot, and Silance.

Alongside his artistic work, he serves as front-of-house engineer for Stress and has also worked as a backliner and stage manager for Kamasi Washington. Between studio sessions, touring, and live performances, Jay has developed an approach to sound that is both precise and modern, with a strong focus on the live experience.

Aujourd'hui, je suis animatrice radio sur Rete TRE (RSI) depuis près de 10 ans et je m'occupe également de la rédaction musicale de la chaîne. J'ai animé plusieurs émissions consacrées à la musique internationale, mais surtout à la musique suisse et de la Suisse italienne. Christoph «Biru» Haller is a Swiss festival curator, talent booker, and cultural organizer. He began his career in the live music and events sector through the Dachstock venue at the Reitschule in Bern. In 2018, he was appointed part of the new booking team for the Gurtenfestival, alongside Andrej Malogajski and Lena Fischer. Since then, he has played a central role in shaping the festival's musical lineup and artistic direction.

Haller has become one of the key figures behind the Gurtenfestival's programming strategy, helping to balance international headliners, emerging artists, and diversity initiatives. Today, he serves as one of the principal program directors and booking managers for the Gurtenfestival, one of Switzerland's largest music festivals, and continues to influence the Swiss live music scene through artist curation and festival development.

A lifetime in music, from performing on stage at thousands of concerts and theatre shows with a children's rock band, to founding labels, organizing events, and managing artists, spanning the full spectrum of the music. Always at the intersection of culture and business, he built a deep understanding of what it takes to build a lasting career in music.

Until 2025, he served for 18 years as Director of Swiss Music Export, accompanying countless artist careers and witnessing their journeys from the first steps to international stages. Now responsible for finance and processes at the City of Zurich's Cultural Department.

Kety Fusco is a harpist and composer reshaping the harp into a radical contemporary instrument. Through classical training, electronics and experimental techniques, she transforms the harp into a raw sonic language suspended between avant-garde, club culture and cinematic sound. From the Royal Albert Hall in London to the Montreux Jazz Festival, from the stage of the Festival di Sanremo to Teatro La Fenice in Venice and SXSW in the United States, her performances have brought the harp into entirely new territories.

Supported by The Guardian, BBC, ARTE France and Iggy Pop, Kety Fusco has become one of the most distinctive voices of the new avant-garde scene. Her album BOHÈME, featuring Iggy Pop, together with her new collaboration with Jeff Mills, opens a new chapter in her mission to rewrite the future sound of the harp.

Giorgio Tebaldi has been Head of Communications at SUISA, the cooperative society of music authors and publishers, since 2014. Prior to this, he worked in communications agencies and in the telecommunications industry. He spends most of his free time listening to music, going to concerts, and discovering new artists.

Cosmopolite, active depuis plus de 30 ans dans la scène musicale suisse, Laurence Desarzens est passionnée par les contre-courants musicaux et artistiques et commence par organiser des concerts à la fin des années septante. Activiste culturelle venant de la mouvance DIY, autodidacte, elle est programmatrice dans des lieux pionniers à Lausanne et Genève, puis à la Rote Fabrik, au Moods (Zurich) et à la Kaserne Basel, ainsi que pour plusieurs festivals dont Montreux Jazz.

Première manager du groupe The Young Gods, elle conseille aujourd'hui encore de jeunes artistes et des labels indépendants. À Bruxelles, au sein du label PIAS, elle coordonne création et distribution pour plusieurs artistes internationaux et des labels américains indépendants. À Paris, elle est responsable française du marketing culturel de la marque Red Bull. Elle a été directrice stratégique et opérationnelle des départements de jazz et de musiques actuelles de l'HEMU à Lausanne.

Aujourd'hui présidente de Swiss Music Export, elle a été présidente du Jury du Prix Suisse de Musique et elle est membre de la Fédération Genevoise des Musiques de Création. Pionnière du web culturel dès les années nonante (BoomBox.net, hugo.ch, à l'origine de Petzi), elle est fondatrice de Beam Network, cofondatrice de Jazz History et de beatmap.com.

Lola Nada est directrice de l'agence de booking suisse Inouïe qu'elle a fondée en 2021. En parallèle de ses fonctions à Inouïe, elle est aussi responsable de la programmation du festival Les Georges à Fribourg.

Elle œuvre dans l'industrie musicale depuis près de 20 ans, à des postes de programmation, communication, booking et direction.

Rémi Bruggmann rejoint l'équipe du Montreux Jazz Festival en 2017 en tant que programmateur. Il codirige aujourd'hui la programmation aux côtés de David Torreblanca et supervise la production du Festival.

Fort d'une solide expérience dans les musiques actuelles, il a affiné son expertise en travaillant dans une agence de booking, à la direction artistique du club Le Romandie à Lausanne, puis au sein d'une structure de management d'artistes suisses et internationaux. Passionné par la découverte de nouveaux talents et les scènes émergentes, Rémi contribue à faire du Montreux Jazz Festival un espace d'avant-garde où se rencontrent légendes et nouvelles voix de la musique.

Claudia Regolatti Muller a intégré le Festival en 2000 afin de développer le volet gratuit, notamment avec la création de la scène du Parc Vernex. À partir de 2008, l'offre gratuite du Montreux Jazz Festival s'étend et Claudia se concentre sur la programmation de Music in the Park, de la Rock Cave de 2013 à 2016, de la Super Bock Stage depuis 2022 et d'une partie de la Nestlé Sunset Stage.

En plus de son travail de programmatrice, elle est responsable de l'accueil artistes de toutes les scènes du Festival, assurant personnellement l'hospitalité de l'Auditorium Stravinski.

Malgré son jeune âge, à peine 30 ans, Félicien LiA a déjà une longue carrière derrière lui. Il est adolescent quand il monte pour la première fois sur scène avec le groupe Ska Nerfs. C'était au Café du Soleil, un lieu emblématique à Saignelégier.

Une décennie et 250 concerts plus tard, il boucle l'aventure du groupe pour se lancer en solo, sous le nom de LiA avant d'adopter celui de Félicien LiA. Au fil des années, son univers musical s'est affirmé, flirtant toujours plus avec le blues, la folk voire le funk. Moins de pathos et plus de profondeur caractérisent ses nouvelles productions.

Peter Åstedt has been working in the music industry for over 30 years. He started his own record label, Dead Frog Records, at the age of fifteen in 1990. Over the years, he has started several companies in different fields of the music industry: PR, publishing, distribution, sync placements, management, festivals, and artist development.

Today, he oversees several of the departments of Musichelp, which is an umbrella company of different companies in the music industry. He produces artists, manages festivals, and develops careers.

Robert K. «Bobby» Haber is a founding principal and Managing Director of Mondo.NYC, New York's annual music, arts, and technology conference and showcase festival. Founded in 2016, Mondo hosts music, media and technology industry leaders to explore what's next across music and innovation. New for 2026, Mondo launched the Amplify Music Investment Summit, presented jointly with MUSQ Music ETF.

Prior to Mondo, Bobby conceived and launched CMJ while a student at Brandeis University and went on to lead the company as CEO for over 25 years. CMJ and its flagship publication, the CMJ New Music Report, played a pivotal role in shaping modern music discovery. At CMJ, Bobby developed the first and longest-running college radio music network, connecting more than 500 North American colleges and universities and reaching over four million students. He has served as an executive-in-residence and mentor at New York University and is a frequent speaker at major industry conferences.

Joanne Abbot Green is a founding principal and Executive Producer of Mondo.NYC, New York City's annual music, arts, and technology business conference and showcase festival. Under her leadership, Mondo has become a premier global platform, bringing together leaders from music, media, law, technology, and academia to explore the future of the creative economy.

Prior to Mondo, Joanne served as Founder and Executive Producer of the CMJ Music Marathon, where she helped grow the event from a small gathering into one of the world's most influential independent music conferences and festivals. René programmed Musikfestwochen Winterthur in 1995 and 1996 with Foo Fighters, Radiohead, Green Day, Soundgarden, The Prodigy, Placebo, Supergrass, Weezer, Neneh Cherry and Ice-T, among others. In 1995 he became head of A&R at EMI Records Switzerland, then moved to London in 2000 to run Grönland Records for 10 years with Herbert Grönemeyer.

In 2010 he established his own label, publishing company, synch agency and artist management company Feraltone (Pablo Nouvelle, Daniel Johnston), became European label manager for Last Gang Records (Metric, DFA1979, MSTRKRFT, Crystal Castles, Mother Mother), and ran a JV artist management and label at Metropolis Studios. In 2016 he joined Craig Logan of Logan Media Entertainment, where he is now a partner; the company manages Pink, Dido, Anastacia, Picture This, Izzy Bizu and many more.

A journalist for more than 30 years, Gordon has specialised in music industry coverage as a writer and editor for titles including Billboard, Music Week, Audience, Variety, The Hollywood Reporter, and IQ Magazine, among others.

Prior to moving to London, he spent two years in Washington DC working in the space and satellite industry, while in the early 1990s he was a reporter for a number of newspapers in his native Scotland. A regular presenter, speaker, and moderator at conferences around the world, Gordon has also undertaken a number of projects for major record labels, publishers, and royalty collection societies.

Éditeur, producteur et auteur de chansons (pour Florent Pagny, Chimène Badi...), Philippe Hébrard a commencé sa carrière en 2000 comme directeur artistique chez EMI où il signe l'artiste Youssoupha et le groupe Vénus. Il travaille ensuite comme chargé de production chez Mercury / Universal sur différents albums, notamment celui de Nolwenn Leroy qui vendra plus d'un million d'exemplaires.

Martin is best known as a promoter of rock concerts and is a well-known figure for his work in music and music festivals in the UK. His career in the live music business began in his teens when he first figured out how to get gigs for free by working the door at Knebworth.

After introducing The Smiths to Michael Eavis in the mid-80s, he began a 30-year stint as principal booker for the Glastonbury Festival.

His life in the music business begins as a bass player in a punk band and then develops into tour managing, label owning, management, consulting for government organizations on strategy and branding through music, as well as producing live music events and festivals around the world.

Angela Dorgan is the CEO of First Music Contact (FMC), the Arts Council funded national resource organization for musicians which runs the Irish Music Export initiative Music From Ireland in partnership with Culture Ireland, the online music portal Breaking Tunes and the annual Irish music industry showcase Ireland Music Week. FMC have recently helped establish AIM Ireland, an association of independent music.

Angela was previously chair of the National Campaign for the Arts, who lobby government for increased support, funding and recognition of artists, arts workers and arts organisations in Ireland. She is a board member of EMEE, the European Music Exporters Exchange, where she was part of a group that devised a global music export strategy for European Music for the European Commission. She has a Masters Degree in Sociology from UCC and believes that Arts and Culture are an essential part of the life of every citizen.

Chris has spent more than 30 years working in various parts of the music industry, from artist management and live events to publishing, conferences, marketing, and consultancy. Since starting in 1996, he has focused on building meaningful collaborations and supporting artists and teams across the creative landscape.

Together with Mark Davyd, he co-founded the Music Venue Trust, a charity dedicated to protecting grassroots music venues. Created in January 2014, Music Venue Trust aims to secure the long-term future of grassroots music venues in England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland — from iconic venues such as Hull Adelphi, Exeter Cavern, The 100 Club, King Tut's and Clwb Ifor Bach to lesser-known venues equally important to their communities. Since its inception, the charity has grown to become one of the leading music organizations in the UK.
